A Johnson C. Smith University Shuttle, similar to the one pictured below, will be stopping in the lane closest to the exit door from Baggage Claim Area B.

The shuttle will continuously circle until its scheduled departure times to the Hilton Charlotte Center City. The times of departures are: 1:30pm; 2:30pm; and 4:30pm.

An ILLI staff member will be inside the Baggage Claim Area B door with signage as seen below, directing you to the shuttle stop. 

*Please be assured that the ILLI staff member will have a list of everyone's scheduled arrival times.
The final shuttle will not leave until everyone has been picked-up.

If your flight is cancelled or delayed, resulting in your arrival after the final airport shuttle, arrangements will be made to pick you up.
