Instructional Media
Instructional media services (media
resources, equipment delivery, and production services, etc.) are
provided to the University community by the library. Media Services
also include use of a Learning Lab which consists of listening
stations for music majors, computer viewing stations for the
communication arts program, and individual listening stations for
students’ use.
Use of individual
and group study rooms, the Modern Communications Room, and the
Presidents Conference Room in the library is permitted. Individual
and group study rooms must be requested in person at the circulation
desk. Study rooms are available on a first come first serve basis
for a two hour limit. Faculty and staff may reserve the Modern
Communications Room and the Presidents Conference Room with 48 hours
advance notice by contacting

No food or
drinks are allowed in the library.
Use of the library
facility for photo sessions is permitted with authorization from the
Dean of the Library and in conjunction with the University's Public
Relations Office. All requests for photo sessions require 48 hours
advance notice An authorized representative from the Public
Relations Office must accompany the photographers and staff at the
Circulation Desk upon arrival.
Equipment delivery
services will be provided from 3 - 5pm only, Monday – Friday.
Requests for equipment delivery services must be received and
confirmed 48 hours in advance.
